Do you ship rental items?
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping for rental items. Given the meticulous process of cleaning, prepping, and maintaining our items for future clients, we need to have control over their timely return. The unpredictability of the mail system could result in delays that hinder our ability to prepare items for the next event. Therefore, our services are local only.
When should I reserve items?
We recommend reserving your rental items as early as possible. Our inventory consists of limited quantities and unique pieces, so availability can be limited, especially during peak wedding seasons. By securing your items early and placing a deposit, you can ensure you have access to the specific items you desire for your special day. Early reservations also allow us to better plan and coordinate with other aspects of your wedding for a flawless event.
